回火焊道焊接技术的研究与应用现状

摘要:
回火焊道焊接技术是一种修复技术,通过后续焊道的热循环对前焊道形成的热影响区或焊缝金属进行回火,从而免除焊后热处理。结合国内外同行对回火焊道焊接技术的理论研究和实践应用,在介绍其基本原理及对焊接接头力学性能和残余应力影响的基础上,简述了回火焊道工艺的制定、优化和评定的进展,分析和总结了其在异种金属连接中的应用,并对未来的研究方向进行展望。

Abstract:
Temper bead welding technique(TBWT)is a repaired technique, which can be treated by tempering the heat-affected zone or previously deposited weld metal by using subsequent beads affect to avoid the post weld heat treatment. The related researches and applications at home and abroad are reviewed in this paper. The research status of welding procedure qualification and optimization of TBWT are commented based on a brief introduction of TBWT and its influence on mechanical properties and residual stress of repaired joint. Furthermore,the applications of TBWT in welding of dissimilar materials are discussed and its future work is put forward.
