机器人焊接工作站多源信息采集分析系统研发

摘要:
为了解决焊接质量在线评价的可靠性问题,设计了可同时进行多通道信号采集、处理、分析的焊接过程多源信息采集分析系统。以电弧电压、焊接电流、声音为信息源,基于LabVIEW图形化编程对上述信号的实时采集与显示,并通过分析所选取的波形,获得各信息的时域特征、频域特征和统计分析数据等。结果表明,该系统能够正确采集机器人焊接过程的各特征信号,对提取有价值的焊接信息、提高机器人焊接质量有重要意义。

Abstract:
A multi-source information collection and analysis system which can collect,process and analyze multichannel signals at the same time was designed to solve the reliability problem of on-line evaluation of welding quality.The source information including arc voltage,welding current and sound were real-time collected and displayed based on LabVIEW graphic programming.The time domain characteristics,frequency domain characteristics and statistical analysis data of each information were obtained by wave form analysis.The test results show that the system can correctly collect the characteristic signals of the robot welding process,and it is of great significance to extract valuable welding information and improve the welding quality of robot.
