钢质燃气管道贯穿孔固相摩擦塞焊修补方法研究

摘要:
基于固相连接的原理,利用摩擦塞焊技术对钢质管道的贯穿孔进行修补,研究不同修补材料对补焊接头成形和组织的影响。结果表明,钢质塞棒在填充过程中与钢摩擦生热而变红,形成冶金结合,补焊后接头组织和硬度均匀;铜/钢界面未发生冶金连接;铝塞棒具有较好的热塑性,在填充过程中与钢发生冶金连接,铝/钢界面生成厚度为1.5 μm的扩散层。

Research on repairing of friction plug welding of the through hole on steel gas pipeline

Abstract:
Based on the principle of solid state joining,the through holes of steel pipelines were repaired by friction plug welding technology to study the effects of different repair materials on the formation and microstructure of the weld joints.The results showed that filler was reddened by friction with the steel during the filling process,forming a metallurgical bonding.The structure and hardness of the joint with filler are uniform after repair welding.The metallurgical joint was not formed at the copper/steel interface when filler was used.Metallurgical connection of aluminum with steel occurs during the filling process due to its good thermoplasticity,and a diffusion layer with a thickness of 1.5 μm was formed at the aluminum/steel interface.
