中间层铜对铝/钢电阻点焊接头性能的影响

摘要:
研究中间加厚度为50 μm的铜箔对6061-T6铝合金与TRIP980高强钢异种金属电阻点焊组织与性能的影响。 结果表明:采用厚度为50 μm铜中间层,点焊接头主要由两部分组成,分别为熔核区与界面区,实质为熔-钎焊特征。当预热电流为8 kA、预热时间为20 cycle、焊接电流为16 kA、焊接时间为15 cycle、电极压力2.7 kN时,接头拉伸力达到最大值为4.32 kN,为纽扣断裂,较之未加铜片拉伸力提高约14%,且塑韧性提高。

Effect of intermediate layer copper on properties of aluminum/steel spot welded joints

Abstract:
The effects of a copper foil with thickness of 50 μm on microstructures and properties of dissimilar metal resistance spot welding of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy and TRIP980 high-strength steel are studied. The results show that the spot welded joint with the thickness of 50 μm copper intermediate layer is mainly composed of two parts, namely the nugget zone and the interface zone. The spot welding is characterized by fusion-brazing. When the preheating current is 8 kA, the preheating time is 20 cycle, the welding current is 16 kA,the welding time is 15 cycle and electrode pressure is 2.7 kN, the drawing force of the joint reaches a maximum of 4.32 kN, indicating button fracture, which is about 14% higher in drawing force than that without copper sheet. The ductility and toughness of the spot welded joint is improved.
